Job Summary:
The Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased) will be responsible for providing electrical & mechanical support & repairs for all automated materials handling systems, carrying out PPM's, reactive maintenance & project work, and maintaining refrigeration, chiller systems, facilities, shutter doors, site & building services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide electrical & mechanical support & repairs for all automated materials handling systems
* Carry out PPM's, reactive maintenance & project work
* Work on conveyors, automated stacker cranes, SCADA systems, barcode readers, scanners, cooling systems, refrigeration, site services, palletisers, automated turntables, PLC's, elevators
* Maintain refrigeration, chiller systems, facilities, shutter doors, site & building services
* Assist in developing PPM schedules for all new machinery & systems

Requirements:
* Must be a multi-skilled engineer - electrically biased
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or higher in Electrical Engineering
* Ideally apprenticeship trained
* Happy working at heights - up to 32 metres on cranes
* Ideally have 18th Edition
* Comfortable working in cold and freezer (-22 degrees) conditions
* Strong electrical & mechanical fault finding and problem solving skills
* Ideally have worked in automated warehouse, distribution, FMCG, manufacturing
