About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Administrator to join our client services team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and review new client accounts to ensure all required documentation is obtained.
  • Address queries from internal and external personnel.
  • Input client data into the Avaloq system accurately for tax reporting purposes.
  • Send confirmation of account opening to various parties.
  • Run exception reports to identify and rectify gaps or errors in data.
  • Manage projects related to client data.
  • Ensure compliance with FATCA and Common Reporting Standards and maintain up-to-date documentation.

  • Attention to detail and methodical approach.
  • Strong communication skills.
