Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Join ADR Specialists Ltd, a leading brand in the supply and maintenance of construction machinery across the UK and abroad, as a Field Service Engineer.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and breakdown repairs on machinery, including Hyundai, Kobelco, and Sennebogen products.
  • Conduct warranty repairs and damage repairs, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Visit construction sites across the UK, providing expert technical support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of work completed, using engineer iPads for reporting and documentation.
  • Meet or exceed 100% recovery targets, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in the Plant industry, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • NVQ Level 3 Plant Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
  • CSCS card holder preferred, with experience of diagnostic tools and computer software, including engine diagnostics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Dealer experience is preferred but not essential, with a willingness to travel outside the UK for manufacturer training courses.
