About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Manager to join our team at Female Invest. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our brand and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and growth
  • Curate high-quality content for TikTok and Instagram, including copy, images, and videos
  • Manage day-to-day activities on social channels, including content scheduling and community engagement
  • Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall company goals
  • Report on social media performance weekly, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to inform commercial and content strategy
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management or content creation
  • Exceptional knowledge of the social media landscape, including content optimization, publishing algorithms, community building, social listening, and reporting
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
  • Creative thinking and a strong understanding of the female empowerment movement
  • Comfortable working under pressure, with the ability to be reactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment
