Communications Lead – Digital Supply Chain Programme (DSC)

We are seeking an experienced Communications Lead to take charge of the communications and stakeholder engagement strategy for the Digital Supply Chain Programme (DSC) within our Supply Chain & Procurement function. This role is pivotal in delivering innovative, engaging communication campaigns and events that inform, engage, and motivate teams to successfully adopt new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the DSC communications and stakeholder engagement strategy and plan, aligning communication activities across the programme.
  • Maintain and enhance DSC narrative, key messages, and communications blueprint to cover cultural, process, and functional aspects.
  • Identify and utilize effective communication channels, tailoring content for senior stakeholders and the broader business, both globally and locally.
  • Coordinate communication campaigns for the adoption of new DSC processes and deliver stakeholder engagement events fostering two-way interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate key messages into learning content and communications strategies.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of communications and adjust as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in planning and managing communications for large-scale transformational projects, ideally ERP or IT-enabled.
  • Proven experience in creating content that supports change and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in tools like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Viva Engage, etc.
  • Experience within sectors such as procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or corporate communications.
  • Background in manufacturing or FMCG environments is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and lead within complex, large-scale programmes in a financial institution or similar corporate setting.
