Corporate Tax Senior Opportunity

Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Senior to join its growing team. As a key member of our Corporate and Business Tax department, you will work closely with senior management and partners to provide bespoke tax advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tax advisory projects and develop tax advisory skills through collaboration with partners and junior team members.
  • Work on a broad range of tax advisory projects, including corporate tax, income tax, capital gains tax, VAT, and stamp duty/SDLT.
  • Prepare tax valuations and clearance letters for submission to HMRC.
  • Manage full scope tax due diligence projects and liaise with other team members to deliver reports.
  • Advising on employee share incentives and preparing valuation reports for submission to HMRC.
  • Writing technical tax analysis and reviewing work prepared by junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Part-qualified ACA and/or CTA/ATT with extensive experience.
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience of mentoring and developing junior team members.
