Private Equity Investment Opportunity
GIC Private Limited is one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds, with a global presence and a long-term investment horizon. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP to join our Direct Investments team in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and execute direct investments in private companies across various sectors and geographies
- Conduct commercial and financial due diligence, and prepare and present materials to the Investment Committee
- Establish and maintain relationships with counterparties, including potential and existing investee companies
- Monitor certain of GIC's investments, including supporting GIC representatives at board meetings and tracking financial performance
Requirements
- 4-6 years of work experience in private equity or a related field
- Strong track record of performance, success, and impact at current employer
- Self-starter with excellent commercial judgment and a passion for understanding what drives business quality and value
- Proven skills and experience in commercial, financial, and valuation analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
