Infrastructure Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Development Manager to lead a 14-month civil engineering project in Norfolk. The project involves delivering a large infrastructure development, comprising reinforced concrete structures, roads, drainage systems, paving, steel frames, and exterior cladding.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the execution of a large-scale civil engineering project
  • Collaborate with the SHEQ team to ensure safe work practices, address environmental concerns, and maintain quality standards
  • Support Site Managers on multiple projects
  • Work closely with commercial teams, designers, planners, and site personnel
  • Manage subcontractors
  • Maintain client relationships through regular meetings and progress updates
  • Provide effective monthly reports to the Contracts Manager

Key Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering background (degree qualified or equivalent experience)
  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS certification
  • First Aid training
