About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our Professional Services Leadership Team as Chief Property Officer, responsible for shaping our campus and enhancing services to deliver our mission and purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our institutional strategy, focusing on estate and facilities management, and driving transformation to achieve our goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop innovative solutions to address them.
  • Oversee the management of our campus, ensuring it is a world-class environment that supports our research, teaching, and learning activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance services, foster a culture of excellence, and promote a seamless digital and physical environment.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment with our institutional strategy and goals.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with significant strategic property/infrastructure experience, blending innovation, authentic leadership, and proven ability to deliver strategic transformation in a large and complex organisational context.

Key to your success will be your professional judgement, insight, and ability to influence strategic direction, as well as your ability to work effectively in a multi-layered, multi-faceted, and multi-stakeholder setting.
