Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of academic and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the management of university resources, including budgeting and financial planning.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to faculty and staff, promoting a culture of excellence and student-centeredness.
  • Collaborate with institutional partner universities to ensure strong and active engagement and successful implementation of programs and services.

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree required (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience in higher education administration.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, and travel as required.
