We're seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Driver to join our team in Northamptonshire's Central region.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Telescopic Forklift on our construction sites, ensuring efficient and safe delivery of materials. You will work closely with our Site Manager to maintain communication and coordinate logistical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular communication with Site Managers regarding construction program updates.
  • Report block, brick, or silo mix shortages to Site Managers and Materials Controllers promptly to prevent delays.
  • Inspect deliveries for quality and quantity, recording defects or shortages as necessary.
  • Prioritize equipment maintenance through daily inspections and record weekly checks in the Plant Register.
  • Hold relevant experience working on large domestic volume house building sites.
  • Obtain a valid FLT driver's license and full UK driving license.
  • Possess current CPCS certification.
