We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at our Kent & Medway wheelchair service centre in Ashford. As a leading provider of healthcare services, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our service users.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Occupational Therapist to work with our team of healthcare professionals in providing complex wheelchair assessments and services to adults and children. The successful candidate will be responsible for using advanced clinical skills to assess and provide wheelchairs with associated posture management and pressure management accessories.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and supervision to junior staff, working in partnership with local voluntary sector and statutory services, and ensuring the delivery of our vision of a "chair in a day".

Requirements
  • BSc degree or diploma in occupational therapy or physiotherapy
  • Previous experience of working as an occupational therapist at AFC Band 7 level
  • Experience of staff supervision
  • Current full UK driving licence
