We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at MBR Dental. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in various clinical duties, including chairside procedures, patient care, and infection control.
- Set up and maintain decontamination of instruments, as well as ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
- Lead and mentor a team of dental nurses, overseeing staff rotas and ensuring compliance with CQC requirements.
- Manage audits, maintain stock, and work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the efficient running of the practice.
- Perform reception duties as needed, providing excellent customer service to our patients.
- At least 2 years' experience as a dental nurse.
- Registration with the GDC and a valid DBS.
- Preferred experience in dentistry.
- Fully funded CPD, GDC, DBS, and professional indemnity fees.
- Competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour, depending on experience.
