About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Dental Nurse. As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists in a variety of NHS and private dental procedures, ensuring the highest standard of patient care and experience.
  • Provide support and assistance to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their visit.
  • Follow strict health and safety and infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
  • Accurately complete patient clinical records and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participate in on-the-job training, online learning, and face-to-face training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge as a dental nurse.

Requirements

  • Dedicated to starting a career in dental nursing.
  • Ability to commit to a 12-month+ training program.
  • Comfortable working in a clinical environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Compassionate and empathetic towards patients.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
