We are seeking an experienced Temporary Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Bristol Commercial. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with prior experience in reception or administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage electronic and physical filing systems for correspondence, letters, and invoices.
- Take meeting minutes and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the enquiry log updated and maintain both electronic and hard-copy invoicing systems.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages accurately, and handle incoming mail.
- Use a franking machine to prepare outgoing mail and keep records of issued keys.
- Provide refreshments for meetings.
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, minute taking experience, and strong customer service skills.
