About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Director to join our team at Luna PR. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual direction of our client projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative visual concepts that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
  • Oversee the creation of visual content across various mediums, including digital, video, 3D/2D animation, and more.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in Web3 and disruptive tech, and integrate innovative design approaches into the creative process.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, meet client specifications, and reflect the client's vision and objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing, development, and other departments to ensure visual design aligns with broader company and project goals.
  • Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet the creative standards and goals of Luna PR and our clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in design or a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects across multiple mediums, including graphic design, digital, and animation.
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with additional experience in UI/UX, 3D/2D animation, and video production considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor a creative team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Web3 Experience (Bonus): Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, NFTs, or disruptive technologies is highly desirable.
