Paramedic - Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Crown Heights Medical Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paramedic to join our team as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Primary Care Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our GPs and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Carry out clinical practice at an advanced level, using expert clinical skills, critical judgments, and knowledge to deliver safe and effective care.
- Triage and treat patients, performing specialist assessments and making referrals as necessary to other members of the primary and secondary healthcare teams.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, including drug and non-drug based treatment methods, and develop management plans.
- Request diagnostic investigations and interpret results within agreed protocols.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in practice premises or their own homes, and refer to appropriate agencies as necessary.
- Participate in the administrative and professional responsibilities of the practice team, including maintaining accurate and contemporaneous records of patient consultations.
- BSc in a training program approved by the College of Paramedics.
- HCPC registration.
- 2 years' consolidation of learning period as a newly qualified paramedic.
- 3 years' experience as a Band 6 (or equivalent paramedic).
- Framework for Higher Education certificate Level 7.
- Full UK driving license.
- Non-medical prescribing qualification.
