The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent to support our nurseries in delivering exceptional care and education
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet business needs
  • Ensuring accurate reporting of candidate activity and maintaining data security awareness

Essential Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A proven track record in recruitment, either in-house or agency experience
  • Experience using CV searching platforms and applicant tracking systems
  • Calm and objectivity under pressure
  • Commercial awareness, result orientation, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of latest employment legislation, including National Minimum Wage
  • Able to create reports and provide data analysis
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
  • A flexible, positive, and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Diligent attention to detail
  • Discretion when required
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
