Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Outreach Team Leader to join our team at Berkshire Women's Aid. As a key member of our outreach team, you will provide support, risk assessment, information, and advocacy to clients who have experienced domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide line management oversight to the Bracknell outreach team
  • Contribute to BWA's training offer
  • Empower clients, keeping their safety and that of their children central to our interventions
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with professional agencies
  • Provide a robust contribution to maintaining and delivering a high-quality service

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a confidential and safeguarding environment
  • Understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on families
  • Full driving license and access to transport (desirable)
  • Enhanced DBS check required for the successful candidate
