This picturesque gastro pub, situated in a beautiful village, is seeking a talented and creative Senior Kitchen Team Member to join their professional kitchen brigade. The company prides itself on serving only the best locally sourced produce, with many seasonal game dishes prepared on site by the team of skilled chefs.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, including 28 days' holiday, supplied and laundered chef whites, a share of restaurant tips, contributory pension scheme, and employee awards.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Kitchen Team Member, you will be working directly under the Head Chef in a dynamic and inspirational kitchen environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent cooking skills, creativity, flexibility, and a passion for food presentation. You should also have NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications, as well as a hygiene certificate. In addition, the successful candidate must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
