About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Manager to join our team on a contract basis, 2-3 days a week. As a Finance Systems Manager, you will be responsible for developing accurate system-driven financial reporting through various reporting tools to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial reporting systems to provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Improve automation to streamline financial processes and reduce manual errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver new system functionalities.
  • Initiate and implement improvements for financial processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in finance systems, with a focus on financial reporting and automation.
  • Experience working with Chargebee, Salesforce, and Xero is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
