Job Title: Junior Data Modeller

Job Summary:

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Junior Data Modeller to join our team as a key member of the data solutions team. As a Junior Data Modeller, you will play a crucial role in the transformation of our client's data onboarding and management process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the selection and implementation of a new data modelling tool to enhance data governance and communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain data models to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the project lead and senior data modeller to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on data modelling best practices and governance frameworks.
  • Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in data modelling with multiple data modelling tools (Erwin, Hackolade, SQL database modeller or equivalent).
  • Experience with Collibra and SQL or noSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data modelling principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
