Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transaction Management: Manage auction property transactions from start to finish.
  2. Title Searches and Reviews: Conduct thorough title searches and review property records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Closing Process Coordination: Coordinate with lenders and other parties involved in the transaction to facilitate a smooth closing process.
  4. Closing Statements and Documents: Prepare closing statements and settlement documents.
  5. Client Support: Assist clients in understanding the terms and conditions of their property transactions.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation.

About You:

  • Strong Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in legal software and document management systems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Show strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Display strong problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Prioritise your time effectively to meet tight deadlines.

Benefits and Salary: The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a discretionary bonus and access to a pension scheme.
