About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal with residential property experience to join our team at OutThere RPO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing legal documents for auction property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Title Searches and Reviews: Conduct thorough title searches and review property records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Closing Process Coordination: Coordinate with lenders and other parties involved in the transaction to facilitate a smooth closing process.
  3. Closing Statements and Documents: Prepare closing statements and settlement documents.
  4. Client Support: Assist clients in understanding the terms and conditions of their property transactions.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation.

About You:

  • Strong Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Property Law Knowledge: Have knowledge of property laws and regulations.
  • Languages: Be proficient in legal software and document management systems.
  • Independence and Time Management: Display ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Show strong problem-solving skills.

Benefits and Salary: The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a discretionary bonus and access to a pension scheme.
