Job Title: Education Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Education Support Specialist to join our team at Excell Supply. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to teachers and pupils in Secondary Schools across Merseyside.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be required to manage student behavior, assist with lesson planning, and provide additional educational support where necessary.

This is a temporary position with the potential for long-term opportunities. If you have a passion for education and are looking for a rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing student behavior in line with school policies
* Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
* Providing additional educational support to pupils
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
