Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and in-person sales.
- Conduct research to support digital marketing initiatives and strategies.
- Monitor and optimize paid search and social accounts.
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct telephone sales calls to prospective clients, respond to incoming calls from clients, and conduct telephone prospecting for business-to-business sales.
- Deal with customer service queries and maintain a positive engagement with customers.
- Manage and implement promotional events, including overseeing freelance promotions agents and self-employed sales agents.
- Support graphical design and promotional materials.

Requirements
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (must include: English Language and Maths/Numeracy)
- At least two years' work experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to learn skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
