About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing education company as a Marketing Professional. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing programme across a group of education centres in South Wales and online nationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and in-person sales.
  • Conduct research to support digital marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize paid search and social accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct telephone sales calls to prospective clients, respond to incoming calls from clients, and conduct telephone prospecting for business-to-business sales.
  • Deal with customer service queries and maintain a positive atmosphere of engagement with customers.
  • Manage and implement promotional events, including overseeing freelance promotions agents and self-employed sales agents.
  • Support graphical design and promotional materials.

About the Company

Better Start Tuition is a leading provider of after-school tuition in maths, English, and science to pupils from age 4-18. As part of our corporate restructuring, we are now bringing all our operations together under a single brand and re-launching our in-person and online educational services.

Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (must include: English Language and Maths/Numeracy)
  • At least two years' work experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to learn skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
