Job Description: People Partner

We are seeking an experienced People Partner to join our team. As a People Partner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement, managing employee relations, and supporting talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Implement performance management processes, supporting managers in reviews and managing performance improvement plans
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and collect feedback to improve the employee experience
  • Support change management initiatives by facilitating communication and training
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify development needs and support career growth

You will be required to travel regularly between offices to build relationships with the teams you partner with.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in performance management and driving engagement initiatives
  • Skilled in change management and organizational development
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
