Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of excellence in Food Safety and Quality across all our sites.
  • Conduct Site Inspections and Audits: Perform thorough site inspections and audits, prepare detailed reports, and ensure adherence to our company, HSE, and Quality standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to customer complaints, accident reports, training records, and supplier information.
  • Evaluate New Products: Assess new products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Analyze Non-Conformances: Evaluate non-conformances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Food Science, Life Science, Health & Safety, or a related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • A people-focused individual with a strong passion for safety culture and behaviors.
  • Proficient in data analysis and proficient in MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
