Responsibilities:- Assist in the maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and production systems
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Our comprehensive training program includes a Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence) and a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge). You will also have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology, automation, and new product development.
We offer a competitive salary of £21,500 per annum, rising each year of your apprenticeship, as well as benefits such as a recognized development path, qualification, life assurance, and discounted gym membership.
