Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience servicing, maintaining and commissioning Ansul R102 and Piranha systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent driving ability & confident in driving in and out of Cardiff and the surrounding areas
  • Good communication skills when dealing with customers
  • Attention to detail & takes pride in works completed
  • Adhering to strict Fire/Security & Health & Safety regulations
  • Flexible approach to working hours (will be paid from door to door)
Responsibilities
  • Attend customer sites and be responsible for the maintenance/servicing of fire suppression equipment
  • Modification and remedial works
  • Testing systems & equipment
  • Maintaining repairing various fire & security systems & equipment
  • PPMs (pre planned maintenance) of systems & equipment
  • Attending breakdowns/call outs
  • Fault-finding & remedial works (mechanical/electrical)
  • Small works projects

You will work closely with the wider facilities/building managers on these sites and directly with clients.

Preparation & completion of job worksheets, paperwork & reports.

Ensuring up to date knowledge of and compliance with relevant British Standards.

The role will be based remotely working in the field, at times it may be necessary to stay away from home and work unsociable hours.
