Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team in London, specializing in permanent placements across various sectors. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop existing client relationships through face-to-face interactions and phone calls.
  • Sourcing skilled individuals with the correct qualifications and experience for permanent roles.
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process from interview to offer stage.
  • Providing top-tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Proven perm recruitment or sales experience (any sector). Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to motivate and inspire others, with ambition to progress into a managerial role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Decision-making and using own initiative.

The estimated salary range for this role is £28-£40k per annum, with an OTE of £60K-£80K in the first year, set to increase after one year of billing.
