Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Developer to join our team. As a Digital Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software applications using a range of programming languages and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Participate in daily scrum calls and internal meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Test and debug software applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Document software development work in accordance with internal standards.

Requirements

  • Practical experience working as a developer in an agile team, supporting and developing enterprise-level applications.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and React JS, including JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.
  • Experience with ReactJS workflows like Flux, Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries.
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
  • Java/JVM languages are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of a Test-driven approach including exposure to either TDD or BDD would be a strong advantage.
  • Experience of digital products would be an advantage.
