About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement pharmacy services and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other store teams to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for customers and patients.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
