Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage a team of Learning Support Assistants and support our students to reach their full potential.

This role requires knowledge, experience, and awareness of various approaches to supporting students with specific additional needs in an educational environment. The successful candidate will liaise closely with the Curriculum, parents, and carers to provide up-to-date information regarding student support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Curriculum, parents, and carers to ensure accurate information is shared.
  • Chair EHCP reviews.
  • Manage a team of Learning Support Assistants.
Required Skills
  1. Good standard of education or extensive experience in supporting students with additional needs.
  2. Experience working in an educational environment with students who require additional support.
  3. Proficient level of ICT skills (Office 365).
  4. Knowledge of Safeguarding policies and procedures.
