Corporate Security Officer Opportunity
Location: City of London
Rate: £15.30 per hour (circa £47k)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday. 07:00 - 19:00.

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Security Officer to join our team at a high-profile corporate location in the City of London. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a SIA license and excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be comfortable working 12-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, and standing for circa 5 hours over the course of your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and greet visitors to the site in a polite and customer-focused manner
  2. Manage access control to the site
  3. Perform front of house duties
  4. Issue passes to visitors and staff members
  5. Conduct internal and external patrols
  6. Operate CCTV and access control systems
  7. Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
  8. Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
  9. Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
  10. Respond to emergency situations
  11. Work as part of a customer-focused team

Requirements:

  1. SIA License holder
  2. Strong customer service skills
  3. Well presented with excellent communication skills
  4. Strong front of house experience in a corporate or hospitality environment (4/5 star Hotels)
  5. Willingness to undertake front of house duties which will involve standing for a portion of your shift
