Job Title: Corporate Security Officer

Vigilant Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day security requirements at a strategically important site.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and visitors.
  • Be a visible and approachable security professional, engaging with visitors and clients.
  • Communicate visitor and client arrivals to relevant personnel promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of security awareness at all times.
  • Undertake patrols and inspections as instructed.
  • Use relevant communications equipment effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to H&S policies and procedures.
  • Prevent unauthorized access to prohibited areas.
  • Issue visitor passes using agreed processes.
  • Record incidents accurately.
Requirements:
  • Professional, driven, and flexible individual.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Immaculate presentation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Computer literacy and good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to be vetted and hold a current SIA license.
