Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at BELFOR Property Restoration in South London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication between customers, service centers, and contractors.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Accurately input data into BELFOR Systems, Xactware, Symbility, and other customer portals.
- Act as the primary liaison point between customers, service centers, and contractors, ensuring precise communication.
- Book appointments for reactive and planned works with electricians and plumbers.
- Support customers in selecting material choices for reinstatement works.
- Process interim invoices for reinstatement works.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and highlight any issues to the Regional Operational Manager.
- Provide outstanding customer service, remaining courteous and professional at all times.
- Analyze and correct financial data to ensure accurate projected margins and update the Project Management Control (PMC) weekly.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate complaints to the Regional Operations Manager.
- Understand and manage all contracts assigned to you.
- Appoint and issue purchase orders, communicating with suppliers as needed.
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with BELFOR Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality procedures for your local branch.
- Be flexible to support multiple contracts when required.
- Manage the on-call rota for the region, ensuring all holidays have coverage.
- Attend training courses as requested.
- Be flexible with working hours to support team and customer demands.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outcome-driven approach to all actions.
- Good organizational skills and housekeeping.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and self-motivate.
