HR Business Partner Opportunity

Iconic Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client, a leading provider of advice, support, delivery, and consultancy services across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of People to deliver a proactive and commercial service to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and drive HR strategy and projects across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proactively gather, evaluate, and analyse data to support the implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Support the Head of People on regular cadence calls with Heads of Practice/Senior Line Managers.
  • Act as a change agent to support business transformation in line with Company objectives.
  • Keep abreast of modern HR procedures, legal matters, and best practice.
  • Support the identification of HR training needs across the business and coach and develop employees.
  • Review and update HR processes to improve workflows and modernise HR practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as an experienced HR Consultant/HR Business Partner.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified.
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional planning and consultative approach with project management skills and experience.
