Academic SEN Learning Support Specialist

Prospero Teaching is seeking a highly skilled SEN teacher to work with students who have autism, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), and severe learning difficulties (SLD).
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced teacher who can design and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with complex needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with teaching assistants and support staff to meet the developmental needs of our students.
This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary, paid to scale, and the chance to make a real impact on the lives of children with unique learning needs.
About the Role:
- Design and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with autism and other complex needs.
- Collaborate with TAs and support staff to meet pupils' developmental needs.
- Adapt teaching strategies based on individual progress.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Open to Primary, Secondary, and SEN teachers.
- Experience with Autism, PMLD, and severe learning needs.
- DBS on the update service and right to work in the UK.
