Job Title: Senior Project Information Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Information Manager to join our team at Laing O'Rourke. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Information Management service to our clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in information management, with experience in managing teams and delivering high-value projects. You will be responsible for establishing roles and responsibilities for the information management team, ensuring effective communication systems are in place, and managing quality procedures for all administrative and document control activities.

You will also be responsible for leading the digitization of project processes through existing toolsets and working closely with the IT department to implement mobile capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project information standards and methods and procedures documentation
  • Ensure data security and access rights are in place
  • Deliver training to staff on information management systems
  • Manage the implementation, maintenance, training, and support of mobile quality management systems
  • Produce digital handovers and facilitate archiving procedures
  • Review procedures and systems and provide feedback to central functions
Requirements:
  • Experience of people management and line managing small teams
  • Experience of high-value and complex projects
  • Previous client-facing role held
  • Understanding of quality management systems
  • Management of EDM systems, preferably Asite
