Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Manager to join our team at Laing O'Rourke. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective information management systems, ensuring the quality and security of project data, and providing training and support to staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project information standards and methods, working collaboratively with the Digital Engineer and Regional Information Management team.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of project data, including access rights and archiving procedures.
  • Deliver training and support to staff on information management systems, working closely with the Regional Information Management team.
  • Manage the implementation, maintenance, and support of mobile quality management systems, such as Field View.
  • Produce digital handovers and facilitate the setup and management of systems, reporting, and regular project meetings.
  • Establish and facilitate archiving procedures in accordance with current Laing O'Rourke group policy, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Review procedures and systems, providing feedback to central functions on best practice.

Requirements

  • Experience of people management, specifically line managing small teams.
  • Experience of high-value and complex projects.
  • Previous client-facing role held.
  • Understanding of quality management systems.
  • Management of EDM systems, preferably Asite.
