This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at the Sussex Cancer Centre as a Senior Healthcare Assistant. The successful candidate will have recent experience in a healthcare setting and a strong understanding of patient-centered care.
The Senior Healthcare Assistant will play a vital role in promoting and maintaining all aspects of physical, social, cultural, and psychological wellbeing for our patients. They will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in Oncology/Haematology and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and meet individualised needs. You will also communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
