About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a valued member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse placements, supporting individuals in trusted care settings.

Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 months UK based care or support work experience and hold the right to work documents. A UK driving license is preferred but not essential. You will be an advocate for our clients, working in their best interest and providing high-quality care to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily needs, feeding, personal care, and activities.
  • To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest.
  • Assist the client with moving and handling.
  • Liaising effectively with colleagues and professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Following the Care Plan and raising any safeguarding concerns.
