About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure the bakery is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
