Residential Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at North Lakes Children's Services. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for our young people.
About the Role:The Residential Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and support to staff members to ensure the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
- Leading shifts and making well-judged decisions in line with care plans.
- Developing and implementing individual placement plans for our young people.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our care programs.
- Collaborating with external partners, including parents, placing agencies, and other professionals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the issues facing young people in care.
- A relevant qualification in Residential Childcare, Families Practitioner Diploma, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
- Experience working with young people with Emotional Behavioural Disorder, Social/Residential Work, or Youth Work.
- A full, clean UK driving license and ability to cover at other Residential Homes as needed.
