We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tesco Colleague to join our team at our Stratford Upon Avon Express store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring you are aware of all products and services available in store.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
