Radiology Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clerical Officer to join our Radiology team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of our Radiology department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Radiology team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, documents, and other materials as required.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
