Radiology Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clerical Officer to join our Radiology Department team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, staff, and external organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and deal with patients attending the CT, Radiology, and Maternity Ultrasound Departments.
- Work in administrative offices in Radiology Departments 'A' and 'B'.
- Rotate between all Radiology workstations/receptions to provide clerical support for each of the different specialities.
- Maintain and upload information onto supporting databases linked to patient pathways.
- Make appointments for patients using the Radiology Information System.
- Prepare Consultant and Practitioner lists for Screening, Ultrasound, CT, and Nuclear Medicine sessions.
