A leading accident repair centre is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Bodyshop Administrator / Automotive Customer Service Advisor. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

This role is crucial in providing a first-class service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. As a Bodyshop Administrator / Automotive Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, dealing with administration tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and respond to their queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Deal with customers who visit the site, ensuring their needs are identified and met
  • Manage customer claims and documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide customers with information about products and services available
  • Approach customers with a positive attitude and assist with their requests
  • Prepare job packs and update the Autoflow bodyshop management system as required
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner
  • Initiate job documentation and maintain customer records and follow-up systems

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a bodyshop or accident repair centre
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
